| These are exciting times for us. We are building a hospital and outpatient clinic with a maternity ward in Tikeet. We have been expanding a school in Runo and we are working on providing additional mobile day clinics outside of Kitale and in Marich Pass. |

| We are fortunate to have such committed volunteers and donors. Through some very generous donations, MSI was able to purchase a home on 3 lots in Independencia, Baja California Norte, Mexico. This will enable the health care ministry to have a permanent site to hold the quarterly medical and dental clinics. |

| We are VERY pleased to add a newcomer to our mission family - Shawn Plowman. After visiting Honduras this year and meeting many sick children at the Hospital Nacional Nor-Occidental in San Pedro Sula, Cortes, Honduras, C.A., Shawn has taken on the task of providing support for the children's wing of this hospital. |

Through our organization we help provide access to quality comprehensive care, with the many groups charged with the tasks of dealing with these issues. |
